By accessing or using Kyro, you agree to these terms and to follow Discord's applicable rules, policies, and platform requirements.

Authorized use

You may use Kyro only for lawful Discord server-management purposes. You must not use the service to abuse users, violate privacy, distribute harmful content, interfere with systems, or break applicable laws or platform rules.

Server permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to configure Kyro for a Discord server and for reviewing the roles, permissions, channels, automations, and moderation actions you enable.

Premium services

Premium plans and custom branding features may require payment. Current prices, billing periods, plan details, and availability are displayed during checkout or inside the Kyro dashboard.

Availability and changes

Kyro features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for security, maintenance, platform compatibility, legal requirements, or product improvements.

Limitation of liability

Kyro is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyro is not responsible for indirect losses, server configuration mistakes, Discord outages, third-party failures, or actions performed through settings enabled by server administrators.
